Hey! thanks for your comment. I had freedom over their designs. The only request was that they were supposed to be siblings and that one would be a boy and the other one would be a girl. The names were picked by another team member. Their names are Bram and Saar, which are Dutch names. They are named after Abraham and Sarah from the bible. Thanks for your interest!

I find that when it comes to designing characters, there is one general rule: less is more. There is no need for too much glamour, that's a common mistake. People tend to go out of their way trying to make their oc special. Two different colored eyes, over the top magic powers, far-fetched backstories and so on. I like to keep things simple, this makes them more relatable. And a relatable character is the key to have people connect with them.

I don't necessarily think that works for everyone, but that seems to work for you and that's great. Keep creating, your stuff is sweet. There is something nice about escaping to a more simplistic world.
