He's supposed to be the age he is in the film, but my style tends to make everyone look like they're in their teens or early twenties. (Unless you look at the head-to-body ratio, and Charlie's large head compared to the rest of his body is the closest indicator to age.)

also why have Charile in the new version withe brown hair.
and Charlie in the old version had blond hair?
