i'm not sure what it is but this seems like a happy picture to me, feel like a very sweet story.^.^ i'm sorry people haven't noticed it but i think it's pretty amazing, makes me wish i had any drawing talent lol.

It is Ampersand Art Claybaord. It works just like scratchboard, but it is a heat-tempered thick hardboard, coated in thick white clay, then coated in india ink. You use it exactly the same as scratchboard, but the stuff is really made to stand the test of time (and is remarkably cheap for how nice it is).

I take a couple blocks of it whenever I go on the road. It is more satisfying than just drawing, and easier to take with then a painting. I work on them at conventions especially, it gives me something to do behind the table and on the plane

... until a few days ago, this gallery was pretty much a ghostland... but yeah.. I was sad this piece didn't catch many eyes.

Thank you - Most of my pieces are like that... though this one stands out a bit better than the others. I pick a large image, then the mid-range "actual" image, and then put images within the images all the way down to infinity if I can ^_^
