This is amazing! Although the horn looks a little off, everything else looks perfect. Plus the glowing mane really adds to the effect of the whole picture!

Hmm, it looked accurate in the sketch. Then again I always have a tendency to draw her horn a little lower down her face compared to unicorns because of her crown so that might be what's up with the horn

The mane is good, though you may want to work on the mouth and tears. That aside, great piece

haha well either way it'd make sense. I didn't really have any person to make her cry, other than the fact that I think she looks beautiful with a slight tear. (but that's just me
