I was just sitting here tonight, browsing through my favourites, and I once again came across "What The World Doesn't Know" ... and a thought occurred to me. Β This painting struck me in an entirely different way than when I first looked at it. Β More precisely, it feels like I am seeing it for the first time. Β And here is what your painting is saying to me. Β This woman has created an avatar to live inside her brain. Β It is a little man on a little bicycle ... and his job is to take her worries away ... to literally drive/ride them away. Β But she's grown oh so familiar with her worries that she keeps the little man & his bike tethered to her ... she can't seem to let them go any great distance. Β But now, I don't know what it is ... maybe she is just tired, very very tired, of holding onto her worries ... and she let's loose upon the tether, her fingers slack, the little man on his bike (her worries) gaining speed down her back. Β And I picture the bike disappearing off the canvas, its pedals racing round & round, faster & faster, carrying the worries away from her, and she feels them getting smaller & smaller as they completely disappear from sight. Β

i like almost all your works represented here. when you take a glance at them - these yellow shapes catches your eye. but most of all i'm admiring - is how you play with the colours! a very good soft atmosphere and the mood! waitng for your new works!
