Nice job with that sweater. This makes me think of the subject in two possible ways: either he's a crazy person with a fairie on his arm (which I can totally relate to) or he's got a fairie on his arm and he's just really cold ļæ½(which I can also relate to as it's about -1Ā° F outside right now).

Great expression, one that makes the viewer wonder what he is thinking, or what he is about to say. Great use of lightning and shading on the skin ^ ^
I love the composition, and am especially intrigued by the composition of the hands, that seem either random or because of some distress or unrest.
The background is a good match, and so are the colors and elements.
