The emotion in it is so real, I felt it the instant I saw the picture. You did an excellent job at communicated through the visual language, which is hard to do.

I saw how you use lineart, then start with a wash and build up the painting, via the blog, but what is it painted on? is it canvas? I thought it might be a silk screen at first, but thats cause I've never seen raw canvas used before XD
