Really having problems with dark leaves that have light veins. Might try something different in the future.Also not really happy for those whiteflowers, but quite proud for the fig tree and fruit, also I'm getting more experience with mixing colours ;D

hm, I can see why you'd be frustrated with the light veins on the dark leaves, unfortunately I don't know how I'd go about doing that either since I haven't used watercolors (or watercolor pencils) in a long time. I'm sure you'll figure it out with enough experimenting

Just tried white acrylic mixed with watercolours ;D it worked but the control on the brush feels different even if it's just a little amount of paint
A little more experience with that medium will do

Si chiama tecnica in negativo :3 in breve si dipinge in modo da lasciare spazi bianchi (o comunque più chiari o meno intensi) rispetto al resto. Per le foglie con le vene chiare è molto utile

devo riconoscere che non la conosco:... per lasciare spazi bianchi si usano degli adesivi o qualcosa del genere per evitare di passare sopra con il colore?

Non adesivi, ma il "masking fluid", della gomma liquida che si applica prima di stendere del colore per mantenere alcune zone bianche o comunque intatte, per poi rimuoverla a mano o con una gomma per cancellare. L'ho scoperta da poco, me la devo ancora procurare per provarla

ma sì certo... adesso ricordo, il masking fluid me l'ha fatto provare la mia insegnante di corso per il mio acquarello (per gli acquarelli ovviamente è molto più difficile correggere), me l'ha fatta stendere sulla linea dell'orizzonte!!! peròò poi non l'ho trovata ...^^

I quite like them - the one in the center for the shading/look, and the right one for how the leaves look loke on the tree.
