Description Okay, this is the final orchard possibly for the entire year! It is, as you see, a manip. The reason is that the photo I shot did not begin to give the feeling of being inside this huge orchard (perhaps over a 100 acres) with nothing but cherry blossoms and green trails between the rows. It was a complete fantasy scene!

This is meant to capture a bit of that... though mother nature far exceeds me!

Thanks. This is one of my favorite images. That orchard was amazing and the sun was just right. I did some manip on it but not outrageous amounts. IR = infra red? If that is what you meant, I felt it came out looking like that because of all those white blossoms on the trees... sort of cool.

yes, Infra red i mean... tree always look unreal with IR

OMG!!! Is this a real place? I know you said you did some manip, but, if it's a real place I wanna go!!! Where is that? Do you still have the original picture without manip still with you? I'd love to see it...

Yes, it is a real place... the orchard. I can put up the original... it doesn't look too terribly different.. I'll look for it tomorrow and put it up. Oh btw, thanks so much for stopping by my gallery. I really appreciate it.

Oh that orchard was definitely a Rowen sort of place... just like a fairy land... and the grass was really that color!!! I was almost overwhelmed by the beauty. it was quiet too with just the sounds of bees buzzing around the blossoms.

Cali dog was loving the romp also.

I just love this it reminds me of the perfect little rows of trees in the movie Big Fish. It is dream like, could be a pic of heaven My fav yet it is just so captivating! What kind of manip gives this lovely feel? I would never have thought it was a minip if you had not mentioned it!

It's definitely a bit conceptual.. it's how i felt that day and those times when you go to your fantasy place and just dream..
