This is a small water tutorial forI don't think it's really good since it's my first shot so I'm putting this in the scraps until I can make a better one. I hope it helps some you silly little Kefka lover!

It wasn't too hard. I just had a hard time figuring out how big to make the pictures. By the way, I have the fourth chapter of The Rise of Heretics up on fictionpress
I'm having a hard time posting on this site since I have to manually put in the italic markers and fictionpress leaves all the html automatically.
...Too bad I don't have any reviews there though. People are faving it, but not reviewing.
