Gift for drachenmagier of a fantasy creature from one of their illustrations! I loved the design and I love their art, and I really hope they like this little tribute I made for them <3

Watercolors and rough watercolor paper are so easy to create cool textures with. They look much less smooth than opaque paints

Interesting creatures that I remember from an earlier art piece with a city in the background. You've done a great job. The lighting effect is beautiful, and despite the masks, they still come across as expressive (probably their postures). Your work on the wings is top-notch.Β

Thank you so much! The yellow ochre color that's used here as the base for this creature's fur is the color I use the most in my watercolor paintings. I really should switch it up sometime Β
