Description
This is an idea I had: basically he's Carmelita and Sly's descendant.

In the future, the Cooper Gang has risen to become an army. Also, since he is a descendant of a thief and a cop, he also acts as an informant to the cops, so basically he is more of a superhero than a thief (like Batman). He also has a special laser cane that can collapse into a small stick (he can use it like the batons in TRON Legacy.
