Honestly, I don't know much about all these characters.
However, in "Crisis on Infinite Earths", Anti-Monitor destroyed every single universe save one. He pretty much destroyed the multiverse. I think he designed a powerful machine for that, though.

I wish Super Tengen Toppa Gurren Laggan and Asura could join this, because they were undeniably stronger than the Anti-Spiral and Chakravartin respectively.

Umm, didn't the Anti-Spiral overcome the STTGL, and only failed to destroy Simon because the Gurren Lagann's decreasing forms gave him enough time to muster enough spiral energy to overcome the Anti-Spiral Giga Drill Break?

You could say that. Then again, it only proves that Simon/Team Dai-Gurren were more powerful, because they were so close to defeat and yet still had the strength to defeat the Anti-Spiral.

Okay, I don't want to go into imaginary mathematics, but the Anti Monitor whipped out every universe but five.
Now, being infinite an immeasurable quantity, we both can say they hold an infinite amount of universes consumed.
My reason to keep my money with the Anti Monitor is that he's made out of anti matter and anti energy. As long as Unicron needs a material body made out of matter, that means mutual annihilation on minimal contact with any of the Anti Monitor's weapons.

The Anti-Monitor has destroyed countless universes, at full strength he should be able to destroy any number given he was able to crush the DC universe in his hand before a super-charged Specter stopped him.

Haven't read One Punch Man, Bastard!, or watched Gravity Falls and GaoGaiGear.
That said, Diagon only a life wiper at best from what we've seen of him, so he's dead. Pyron I've most estimates for the forms we see him fight in put him a star killer, while Galactus, the Anti-Spiral and Hades can vaporize galaxies. Solaris we see can destroy time, but its abilities in a fight are lacking since one on one with a hedgehog super form it still lost, which puts it as being weaker, in durability terms at least, than Metal Overlord, and weaker overall than Dark Gaia since Sonic couldn't beat him on his own, and Dark Gaia has the single most destructive feats in the main Sonic series (some of the stuff in the comics like Dark Moebius Enerjak are probably stronger than it but that's off topic).

A fully fed Galactus and Anti-monitor are both easily multiversal. Unless we have some actual feats to go off of, we can't throw the omni-king in here.
