I think Pyron is severely outmatched here, and yes I am aware he is deliberately hiding his power level in the games.
The power rankings are thus.
ANTI-MONITOR > UNICRON > GALACTUS > PYRON
Anti-Minitor kills all 3 at the same time though and eats their multiverses.

Unicron the Chaos Bringer is the primeordial source of Evil and Chaos in creation, his goal is to devour and destroy all of creation until he is all that remains within the vast void of nothingness, Unicron consumes not only planets, stars and universes but the very fabric of reality itself.
¨Various permutations of Unicron can spawn into existence outside the trappings of the larger entity, hailing from a more mundane origin but possessing the same consumptive traits¨
This means that the various incarnations of Unicron shown through TV, movies and comics are mere echoes of the true entity that is out there in creation somewhere, these echoes are a lingering plague on creation itself, Unicron himself can travel between realities at will and he can calculate probabilities forwards and backwards in time, the full power of Unicron is not specified as he is one of the earliest abstract beings to be made in Marvel comics.
Thus far Unicron has devoured 22% of all known Universes, aslong as there is evil in the universe, Unicron will continue to exist, his power will only grow the more realities he devours, Unicron's life blood is Dark Energon, this anti-life is a substance that can corrupt and empower cybertronians making them his slaves or raise the dead as mindless killing machines, Dark Energon is even more devastating to organic life than regular energon, even being near Unicron will sap living beings strenght.
In certain universes Unicron is credited with the creation of Mankind, as sometimes one of his echoes may be the planet Earth itself, his only know weakness is the Matrix which is the essence of his brother Primus, but even when defeated Unicron cannot be permanently destroyed in any fashion we know, as said before aslong as Evil exists in any corner of reality, any universe, any multiverse he will continue to exist.

First there are two things that you need to understand. One is how big is a Universe:

Based on what's been told I'm inclined to think that the DBZ universe are smaller that the original conception of a fully universe as we know it.
Now in order to answer your question we need to analyze the power levels of these four.
Pyron could be considered some sort of paradox. One would think that's not the case when we realize that over the span of 200 million years, he sought to collect worlds and other celestial objects throughout space by consuming them. After assimilating worlds into himself, he adds them to his own orbital path of 400,000 light-years, he can control his own galaxy. But let's not forget that unlike Galactus and others he is the only one who was defeated by one warrior and one alone(Dimitri a single vampire). So he is both very powerful and very weak.
Then there's Unicron. Unicron main goal is to consume the Universe. But he never accomplished it. He has destroyed many planets and moons. But so far haven't seen him destroying any stars. He was also almost imprisoned inside a new sun, that plan failed but the fact that it was conceived means that there are celestial objects that can impose or contrast Unicron. However once he died the balance of the universe was disturbed and his corpse evolved into a massive black hole that threatened to destroy an entire multiverse ( "Unicron Singularity"). So Unicron could destroy everything but only if he dies. I would Imagine that alive it will take him an eternity to consume a Universe while he lives.
Galaktus is very simple. He can destroy planets however he also needs to feed of them. And let's not forget that once he consumes a planet he leaves it lifeless. But still orbiting. He don't destroy a planet he just feed of their energy. He can destroy stars but he can't feed from them. Every time he appears in the marvel's earth he always plans to consume then earth, when we know there are bigger planets and our sun which surpass earth in both size and energy. He has also shown the need to feed right after using to much of his powers, meaning he need to refuel the energy that he uses. So it's more unlikely that he will feed on one half of the universe to destroy the other half leaving many celestial bodies (those that he couldn't feed from) intact.
By last theres Anti-monitor. He is the only one that we know has destroyed Universes. Fully whole Universe. Also he almost destroyed the multiverse, which means that he can destroy more than one Universe at the time. Of course he failed because good defeats evil, and plot purposes of the DC comics but that doesn't mean that he lacks the power to do it. Unlike Galactus and the others he can absorb energy from other universes but he doesn't have to. He can create shadow versions of himself and also absorb these shadow demons to recharge himself. Meaning he only absorbs planet to become more powerful but not to avoid death. There's only one universe that he cannot destroy, the anti-matter Universe but he compensates it by controlling that Universe. DC reinvented him a couple of years ago where the new Anti-monitor is smaller that the old one. He was seen standing in a death world (meaning he didn't destroy the whole planet just killed the life in it) but everyone kept saying how he destroyed a whole reality.

Er one question. How well would Pyron keep up? I mean he did beat Chakravartin in a death battle so guess he could do pretty well but how douse he and Chakravartin stand up against the other three?

Not well at all. He can bust galaxies... the others can bust universes.

Every character in this fight can manipulate and project energy and even concepts. Galactus can actually eat energy.

Well last I check he IS immune to physical attacks, that is of course if I read Hakuxtemari's Pyron vs Chakravartin fight right. Maybe me or you should check it out to be sure.
Oh and by the way if any of us were to punch the guy I think we'd be disintegrated, you know just saying.

If left unrestrained and if their all at full power these four would probably be able to... OK honestly your asking the wrong guy here. I barely know anything about these four and all that I can tell you is that Pyron is multi galaxy level while the other three are multi universe level and that's all that I can say.

I don't have the time to research them but I'll give you information on the ones that I know.
Chakravartin (Asura's Wrath). This guy manage to bend galaxies to his will and he wasn't a full power when he did this.
Solaris (Sonic). Solaris has control over time and space however in terms of overall power he's roughly planet level times three. However this is the game Solaris and I'm not sure if there is a comic version. Typically just about any sonic character from the games are a whole lot stronger in the comics but I have little information on said comics so I can't really comment.
Arceus (Pokemon) This guy created the pokemon universe including the creation of three separate beings who had control over time (Dialga), space (Palkia), and anti matter (Girintina).
Bill Cipher (Gravity Falls) From what I know this guy is apparently galaxy level but I've only heard about it so I'm not sure if that's true or not.
