Back when I made this one, I wasn't as experienced, so I think it took me at least a few hours to complete it.

If you want to build offline, use Invedit to get all the supplies you need. If you are online (server), either mass spawn wool and dyes, or if you can, spawn coloured wool directly (I can't, which is a pain in the ass). Then just find a picture of something and copy brick by brick. It may be tedious, but I've gotten much better at it from experience.
