I personally think it's annoying whenever bullies pick on people, but when they get picked on, they can't take the heat and they constantly bitch and moan about it. Bullying is stupid either way b/c there's a lot of shit in the world that's more important that someone being overweight or someone being gay, et cetera, et cetera; but if you start bullying someone and it happens to you, don't expect any sympathy from the people that you constantly shit on.

I do. I would stand up for myself but I'm really weak strength wise, it's been like that since I was born (I struggle to open bottles etc etc)
I also have (DIAGNOSED BEFORE ANYONE SAYS ANYTHING) Aspergus Syndrome and got made fun of for that.
Then there is the fact that when I do say something, I make sure it's witty and not moronic insults like "You're a nerd lol!" but since it's witty, most of them are too stupid to understand and just laugh it off.
It doesn't bother me too much and I understand and respect your opinion on the matter.

The problem is, kids who stand up for themselves are the ones who get punished. I stood up for myself once and got yelled at and grounded while the bully got slapped on the wrist. Schools need to start punishing the bullies, and once in awhile they actually do (like when they saw that video of the bus monitor being harassed).

I have been bullied when I was a child, by the big, tall, scary secondary students on the bus. And yet I still find the use of the word "bully" as slightly immature and overused. One day I decided to not give a fuck anymore, and keep an expressionless front. I stopped getting bullied. I am not a bully. I leave people in peace. However, I can understand what the actual bullies feel. The difference is that I controlled these feelings.

Mmmmm.....I was bullied until I graduated. Over it though. But I tend to sympathize with those that are going through it themselves and I'm not afraid to help them out. I had only 2 friends in HS and I had more on my old DA account. Some say it's lame to just have online friends but fuck 'em. At least I had friends and beggars cannot be choosers. :3
My experiences in HS weren't that bad until I got in a canoe accident and the kids at my school all believed that it was a suicide attempt. Lolwut. Losers. Then more shit happened including home school by mom's request. Graduated and going to be applying for college in the spring hopefully. Liking your stamps. I think I'll watch you!

First off, have you heard of RIGHT TO AN OPINION? People have the RIGHTS to post waht they WANT! Its doesn't whether you disagree with them or not! They can post it EITHER WAY. I've ran into TONS of things I disagree with here, butdo you think I throw a HUGE fit and lose my cool like a 3-year old? NO! I get over it and move the heck on.
Second, yes, bullying is a HUGE issue and needs to stop, but people who have been bullied before don't get an instant token to BE MEAN to others and then be sympathized, comforted, and defended when it flies right back to them.
