Description
A cleaner and more legible version of the Phelthie script I had to make for my current mapping project so's you could read the small print. Some major changes in grapheme shapes so I thought: "hey, second generation!", and added a horizontal writing mode (needed one for the map). Need to make a sister branch, too, though.

Same as ever, an abugida with a unique inherent vowel for every glyph, other vowels marked with diacritics, some coda marking glyphs (that can take a vowel instead of marking it before the glyph with a placeholder glyph) etc.
