Special abilities:
Portal Creation - Creates portals to overlap and connect two points in the universe. Used primarily to bring people to the Silver Millennium Village. Chaska can use this in combat but rarely does.

Space Loops - Creates loops in space to quickly warp from one place to the other. She can also “let” other people use them too. She uses this quite a bit in both forms and has a nasty habit of sneaking up on people. In combat she’ll pair the technique with physical attacks.

Backstory: Long ago the people of Chaska’s planet struck an alliance with the Moon Kingdom. As a symbol of this union, every generation the people of Chaska sent a member of their royal family to serve as a part of Serenity’s court. Unfortunately, the last ambassador from Chaska was killed when the Moon Kingdom fell, and nobody has been sent to the Milky Way since. Now, thousands of years later, Neo Queen Serenity has restored the Silver Millennium, and the people of Chaska have once again selected someone to send to Serenity’s court. Only, Saraqqa, that chosen one, isn’t too thrilled with the decision...

With Saraqqa unhappy with most jobs given to her in the crystal palace, Neo Queen Serenity has given her a role welcoming senshi to SMV, in hopes that she’ll not only keep busy, but maybe even find some people to connect with.

Personality: When Saraqqa left her planet, she was a fairly spoiled girl. As a princess she got almost everything she wanted when she wanted it, and on top of that she is gifted with incredible power and was able to master it at an especially young age. Now that she’s a part of Serenity’s court, she’s tried to be on her best behavior, but sometimes her inner brat still comes out. If someone gets on her bad side, they’d best watch out, or else they might be walking in an eternal space loop. Despite her brattiness, she is still a good person and can be quite compassionate to others. At the current time, however, she is away from her home and comforts, is having to grow up quite quickly, and is in the process of figuring out who she is and where she belongs.

Henshin Item and Description: Henshin Ring. Saraqqa wears this as jewelry
Henshin Phrase: Chaska Celestial Power, Make up
Henshin Description: Saraqqa calls out her phrase. Her jewelry ring turns into energy and hovers over her head like a halo. The energy from the halo flows down and covers her, forming her fuku. The energy that remains after this splits into 8 different bits and turns into her space halo rings (around her ankles, wrists, hair, neck, and head). Once these are formed and turn solid, she strikes her pose.

Weapon and Description: Space Halo Rings. These are the rings that make up various parts of her fuku. Once she uses them in an attack, they disappear. If all eight disappear (or are destroyed by an attack even), Chaska will revert to Saraqqa. If this happens, it will take a full day for her to be able to transform again.

Attack Names and Descriptions:
Space Halo - An attack that converts her rings back into energy. That energy surrounds the opponent in a circle then converges upon them, causing damage when it touches. The more rings Chaska uses the more powerful this attack becomes. An eight ring Space Halo is the ultimate attack and results in massive damage, yet she is guaranteed to lose her henshin if she uses them the rings at once.

Other Information: Chaska has one named attack, yet she also uses her Space Loop quite often in battle.
She'll typically appear in her civilian form, sometimes in her princess outfit, other times in random clothing (anything goes!). Senshi form is generally reserved for actual battles or for special (official) occasions.
