Anywho, this is Static again, my huggable and cuddly fursona thingy. I wouldn't hug him though, you might get shocked, electrocuted, etc.
OMG! And look, NO LINES!!! I forced myself to draw him without lineart. I like it, too. His legs are a little small for his body though...

Don't even ask about the background, lol. I got lazy and tired, and I wanted to submit it. So I just used a random picture of thunderheads from an unknown source.
