Um... I guess I tried to make the flag the focal point by making it the only thing with color? I also blurred everything to make it look janky.

Interesting approach. I agree with Zero, the teal kinda bugs me. Otherwise a good manip.
I'd suggest in the future, try doing collages of sorts for your photo manipulations. Just work on those and you can come up with some amazing artwork. There are tons of "grunge" and "techno" brushes all over Deviantart, or you can make your own from photos. It's fun to experiment.

interesting... the flag does stick out... alot...
its neat but a bit hard on the eyes at first >.O a bit bright i think.. the light blue...
