I've a program called Roxio Photosuite that I used. First I dramatically bumped up the contrast (I'm a big fan of that. If you look for it, it comes up often in my stuff), then I gave it all a green hue, and if you look, softened up his face so it wasn't as hars as the rest of the picture.

Never heard of that program. (No kidding) I didn't realize that you softened up his face until you pointed it out.
