Progress is slow but steady. My art professor looked this over and gave me a few critques and I'll be making those adjustments. Overall though she liked the composition and turns out that she is also a bellydancer!Related content

Ah, the hand seems a little awkwardly positioned. This may have to do with the shading you have on the wrist and palm. Otherwise it looks like its coming along excellently! I really enjoy the facial features and the shoulders. Your shading overall is something to be proud of, just a bit on the hand that may need some reworking. Great job, keep on working at it!

Thank you for commenting, I need to make the hand just a bit longer and add some depth to the shading. That was one of the things my professor picked up on.
