tutorial for"quick" here is around 2,5 hours I think, it should have been so much sooner if I hadn't been making the tutorial,so many artblock attacked me and ruined the mood whenever I gave notes to each steps
remember, this is my very own personal way to paint a picture, I have tried a lot of ways depending on tutorials and find a way that suits me most..., you should try as many ways as possible that suits your style, so that you can feel more comfortable and finish a painting more quickly...

Hello, im just trying out your tutorial but i dont know why when im painting on multiply and im trying to put light colours i cant;/ its not so bright as i want even im using white colour on my palette. It so okay when im using this on separate layer under multiply, multiply lyer as well, but when im trying on only one layer i cant;/ I tried with and without blending but effect is the same.

did the setting rock 07 for the pen tool come with your version of sai?

did you take the layer off multiply when you started smoothing everything out, or did you start a new layer? I didn't see the multiply anymore

I merge it down and paint freely

I have Already tried out a piece with this method. It may not be impressive by your standards, but keep in mind that i'm not familiar with SAI. It's Still by far the best color work i have turned out. And i'm realy excited to keep working with it.

it's ok, because, as I see some SAI tutorials in DA, there're a lot strange brushes I don't have in my SAI version, everytime I download a pack of brushes and install in mine, it got all fucked up with less brushed ;____;

What kind of version do you have, NanFe? I just bought it from this site (www.systemax.jp/en/sai/) . I only have about 1/4 of you're brushes, textures and stuff
