Now for the serious talk,I have been acting weird lately and i apology for that,the reason, WHY, to be honest with you is I feel like i need to leave Devianart ....I don't know yet ,when I first joined here my goal was to get better ;and find my own style ,may be I did all of that,but my art is getting predictable and i'm losing my spark,I really want to explore more topics but its away from my comfort zone and it doesn't define me and my style...I feel so confused right now .
hope I'm not the only one who feels that way,I want to know what kind of content you want to see the most from me :>

Well, if you leave DA, I'd like to know where you go next if you're willing to let people know. You've got a very specific style that I like, and I don't mind the similarities between pictures. Whatever you do, I hope it works out for you.

Primary goal when joining... that was mostly just to learn to draw and prove myself that I could do it I think. I only do occasional small doodles from time to time though.
I'm pretty sure you're not the only one that has gotten that feeling of stagnation. Is really hard to get going and try to improve when you don't even know what it is that you want. Can't really say something to help with that, I'm not as experienced as other people, but I can say that you're not alone in regards to feeling that way.

My primary goal was to find or create a tribe of sorts that would create something very important.
You are not the only artist who has pretty much reached their peak and is now needing that divine inspiration. I say, look for a project of importance that you and your art could propel into reality. There are so many artists out there right now that are feeling the same way as you. You need a purpose or goal. You've got your own projects, so tell the story. The entire story. Your snippets are great, but compile them. Make them complete.

let's say that I've always searched for a place where to find inspiration and meet new friends (and of course get better). This has been the first site where I've ever put my stuff and also where I've met friends. Some of them took a different path from mine, but that's fine I guess, and others are still here supporting me and giving me advice (like I do with them). Anywyas, sometimes it's normal to feel like you've lost your spark. It happens to me as well. You just have to take it easy, maybe look for something that could inspire you if you feel like you have no idea on what to do, but sometimes you just need to take a deep breath and just have a little break, even doing something else not involving art, cause from time to time it can happen that while doing a completely different thing the spark just comes back by itself. The only content I expect is you doing what you like and enjoy the most. You feel like experimenting? That's fine! Go ahead and see what comes out! I'd be curious to see what happens too ^^ you feel like doing your usual stunning art style? That's completely ok with me! Cause what made me fall in love with your blog is your awesome art style for sure! So yeah! Keep doing what you want and love as long as it gives you satisfaction, in the meantime me and lots of other folks will be here waiting to see what you'll create next ^^

i joined deviant art so that i could become closer with my best friend...which i accidentally fell in love with.... but in the process i discovered an amazing world where artist could share there souls with each other. a place where beauty and art abound.

i joined DA 4 weeks ago, because i received the advise that i should post some of my drawings online, so people can critisize me. i´m always quite shy when im showing my stuff to other people, but i have to overcome this, because i want to become a professional artist. For this reason i would love to meet some people who can tell me how i could seriously improve my drawings. Luckily there are many friendly and also really helpful people here, who also encourage me to draw better. So i think it was a graet decision to come to this website.

For the longest time I didn't join dA because I felt my art wasn't up to par, but I eventually joined because my friend was on here and I wanted to use dA as motivation for me to draw more often and to thus get better at drawing. I've improved a LOT over the year I've been here, and I hope to get better as I keep drawing! 'v'

I joined because a few friends said they felt I should share some of my artwork. I was also spending absurd amounts of time just browsing art on dA, so joining allowed me to fave other people's work and support them. It has also been really inspiring to follow other artists and watch how they develop and grow, and work through their struggles ^^"

The reason why I joined dA was because my best friend bragged about it for a long time and wouldn't shut up about it. She always told me that it was such a great site and what not. At last I decided to join because hey, why not. Besides, I can share my art with other people so it's not that bad. Now I'm mostly on this site for roleplays and to of course share my art. I'd probably update more from my art if I had a drawing tablet, but for now, I'm limited to at least two deviations per month. And since I want to make animations and/or comics in the future then I think that it'd be great if some people got to know my art before.

I was getting away from Elfwood because their gallery style didn't suit my needs (and years later, Elfwood is completely dead/gone and DA is still around)

Concerning deviant art.. at first I was just a guest.. searching for inspiration and adoring all the works here. I´ve never felt that my works that I do for my own enjoyment are worth being here. After few years I gathered courage and made my own profile and started updating my work here. And since the DA has become not only source of inspiration but also encouragement that drives me to work more and harder...

I mainly remember my main goal being to use deviantart as a source of inspiration and motivation. I wanted to be able to document my work and by doing so note my progress. Over the years the DA community has really encouraged to try new things with my art and see certain things with a new perspective. I think the way I see the world today has changed partially due to all the wonder you can find from artists on DA.

I think when I first joined, (on my old account at least) the reason what to just share my artwork. But then it I became more and more involved in finding inspiration from other artist and and improving my own stuff.

My primary goal when I first joined DeviantArt was to collect (favorite) art I liked and would like to be able to draw someday. Now I'm working on my skills.
I would be sad if you left Deviantart! I enjoy seeing your unique style and characters! But, it's never a bad thing to explore a different style and topic. It's how people grow. Experimenting with different styles, media, topics, etc is always a good thing!

The reason I joined Deviantart is because other artists inspire me. I've always looked at art like yours and wished to be make magic with my hands the same way. For some reason I thought digital art would be easier than traditional, but it's truly not. Every art is talent, and I wish to develop my skills until one day I can improve and be happy with what I draw rather than just watching others in envy. I've submitted only two pieces here, and neither are great. In the near future I'm going to push myself to finish more art and not leave anything half finished.

I wanted to start sharing my artwork. I hope that maybe if i started doing it I could possibly get commissions one day or have people buy my art.
I really like your art style. Its grown on me. At first I wasn't sure if I would follow you or not but I'm glad I did. I hope you are able to sort out your confusion even if that means leaving deviantart. I would like you stay here but that is your decision and you have to do the best thing for you.
Doing things out of your comfort zone can be scary but I think you can do it. You don't have to change your style but you can try something new. I hope this helps.

I joined DA when i was 14 because i wanted to show my work to the world and to help me learn life skills like business and cooperation with others and to get to meet a bunch of cool people whom ive always looked up to. because one day i want to be able to have impact on others positively in community work~

Very stupid, but when I first came here I just wanted to get popular xD
I already knew a lot of great artists here, so I thought "Hey, in school they say you are good at drawing, so you could probably get pretty famous"..
I quickly learnt that this is not how it works and that I still have a long way to go >.>
But my dream still stays to this day, just a few minor changes.. I don't really want to be popular... I want to be like the artists that inspired me and got me to show my own art here on DA! Their art is so amazing, that I just want to do the same for other people! I want more people coming here just because they think they could easily become famous, just to realize on their own, that they can't just do that.. That they have to learn and train, and then I want the people to look back to that time when they joined, and just to realize again how much they changed~~

I joined deviantart at first because my friends encouraged me to, even though I wasn't very confident
about my art, but I wanted to follow my favourite artists on here, and hopefully improve my own art.
It's been 2 years now, and I'm quite happy about the progress I made.

I wanted to support my friend Jordydork and she wouldn't stop talking about how awesome it was. She talked about GalzeyBlazy and her night protecter comic but than slowly I started to add art and than literature than I started to support my other friend KatanaKaylo who is really good and new on this site. SO i got a bit completive and wanted to be noticed as well for my creative writing. Its the only thing I have since I'm not a good artist but what I can do is make stories and fanfics. It may sound selfish but I can't always support others I have to do things for me and putting my stories up and people liking them is what makes me happy, Bring joy is the only reason I do this. Its my passion and it gives a bigger place to put it other than my quotev.

I joined because i want to develop my art. I feel like i still haven't found my own style. Second reason would be to have a place (along with my Youtube channel) to share the story that I am creating at the moment.
I had another account on deviantart few years ago but I closed it and now i felt like I had something more to give. I think the reason why I joined then was that there was a lot of people who liked to do art and who liked similar things as me. But it was and it's still hard for me to get into groups and to get to know people.

I joined DA because I like to braindamage people with my poor quality works.
And because I like to make poor jokes and spam them all over this website.
It's quite sad that you feel like you're losing your spark. The fact that you found your own style that defines you is great and, instead of leaving, you could try to change your medium for a start.
Don't try to force yourself into becoming a totally different artist. Your style can be used in more than drawings only - try painting on canvas or sculpting what you draw, or make T-shirt designs and things similar to that. Also, think about trying out realism or drawing landscapes, animals (things that you either draw very rarely or you haven't drawn yet). And, remember, leaving your comfort zone means that you want to improve yourself and nobody expects you to be a pro in a topic you barely started to study.

I joined Deviantart because I didn't know anybody that liked art like I did in school and I wanted to learn and feed my hobby. Coming upon the website was fortunate and I don't regret joining at all because I am now an art major trying to make this hobby into something larger than that!

i joint becaus i wanted to learn more about art and different styles,etc i wanted to improve and make friends with other artists
but i know this feeling- i feel like DA changed in the years (and so did i)- so i took down many of my pictures, the last time i only watched other ppls art , other deviantarts still inspire me and i dident stopet doing art but my way of showing it changed .dont get me wrong, i still like the webside - and i look every day wats new, i write comments etc interact whith other ppl..... a few month ago i took a breake from da just 1 or two month and now i feel like it gets better , i feel more confteble about watching other artists, commentig etc... maybe ill re-upload some of my old pictures agean in a few month ... i dont know , maybe ill upload my newer pictures some day... its kinda strange feeling.....
you are one of my favorite DA artists and youre art is realy greate and inspirering i hope youre feeling towards DA gets better (i realy hope you dont leave). to youre last question , the content i realy love to see from you are youre darker pictures.

Well I joined deviandart to admire all amazing artists all around the world and you are one of them. Calm down and let the nature inspire you. There is so many good ideas around here if you can look. Don't force yourself to art, when you really don't find it fun anymore, take a break and discover a new sides of yourself.
