I had the itch to replay Fallout 3, but work was really kicking me around for a while there. This was a nice chance to get it out of my system, and play with lens effects in an earth tone environment.---
OH MAN GUYS. This painting. Seriously eff this guy. Super hard for like no reason I mean what's the deal.

I just imagine this guy saying (with a Scottish accent because mustache requires pistache) "hey, didja hear at? sounds like a dump truck just hit a building. no, I don't know what that actually sounds like. nobody does. that's why that's probably NOT what that was, which is why I want to see what it was. you up?" then you go and find a super mutant fighting a deathclaw or something.
