The letter says:Dear Derpy Hooves,
We appreciate your stay and you have been
a memorable part of what we’ve done.
Unfortunately, we have decided that you are no longer going to be in anything further, due to complaints. You are offensive to the disabled for your name combined with your deep voice, crossed eyes, and clumsy personality. Therefor we have edited the footage of you coming out to speak by fixing your eyes, voice, and removing your name. In addition, starting with the third season, you will be completely removed from your world. To show our apologies, we have allowed your speaking scene to remain in the DVD.
Stay safe wherever you may
be, as you are not allowed in
Equestria until further notice.
This is of no offense to Hasbro or anyone on the MLP team, because I honestly know nothing of what is going on. This is just a picture to express my worry, not to point fingers before the series is even over.
I just noticed that Derpy wasn't in Season 3 at all, and we only have around 3 episodes left... And I heard a rumor that Derpy Hooves is actually pretty much banned, but I really don't know if these rumors are true. On the other hand, there was one rumor that Season 4 is already in the works, and Derpy Hooves may have a "major role" in it. This seems very unlikely, but it would make me very relieved. Heck, it would make me relieved if she was only in the background. Once.
Anyway... I figure I should wait and see what happens.

So anywho... Just some worries goin' on.

Waiting for a new episode had become a thrill for me, especially since I was always hoping to see our adorable wall-eyed angel but after hearing all those rumors part of that thrill has disappered. But that's okay, I'm thankful to Hasbro because she was a gift from them to us and I will love Derpy forever
The show is not over yet, there might be a surprise waiting for us in the future so don't lose hope.

Yeah... I shouldn't lose hope. I'd love to see her appear once again.
I'm waiting for the last episode, because maybe at the VERY last episode of the VERY last season... They'll surprise us, and have her pop out at the end before the credits scroll, with her original voice and derped eyes, waving and saying "I'm okay everypony!" or something... Then the credits scroll... It'd be nice. :C

I've been thinking something like this might actually happen, that would be awesome. Maybe she'll appear at the end like Pinkie Pie when she talks to the audience and says:
Goodbye everypony, I hope you enjoyed the show.

It'd be cool if I heard, like... When there's a scene where there's a crowd of ponies all talking at once, somewhere amongst the chatter you could here, "I'm okay everypony!" Or, "Hi everypony!" or maybe even just "I'm fine!" or just simply "Ooo, muffins!" In Derpy's voice? XD That'd be so cool. Just while everyone was talking so it's hard to pick out... It'd be cool if you actually saw her in the background saying that, too... |3

Don't worry, as Derpy appeared in EVERY episode since the 'Lesson Zero' (S2 E3)!
As of this episode, they slightly altered the opening song, and added a train to the background.
Now, if you look in the top window of the second wagon, you can see Derpy sitting there.
And they kept this intro even through Season 3, as you can see for yourself here.
But I get what you mean, I would love to see Derpy make a real appearance like in 'The Last Roundup'.
That episode was great fun to watch.

I know she appeared a lot before, but I'm just afraid that that'll no longer be true since there was so much controversy from The Last Roundup. :C
She's still in the opening, but I noticed that she hasn't appeared at all in Season 3 (unless you count one time when you could see her ear and some of her mane in the corner of one episode... Technically they used her in the crowd of the Magic Duel episode, but only where she was barely noticeable and since it was a profile view, you couldn't even tell if her eyes were crossed...)
I dunnos, I'm worried. :C

I was talking about for the rumors you mentioned. first referring to derpy being banned, and second being derpy having a major role in the season.
as for the three in the actual post, I don't really care about Twilight becoming an Alicorn, I hope derpy isn't banned, and I hope there is a season 4.

I think that's the point. Because Derpy seems "disabled", then it's offensive to disabled people. But if Patrick seems dumb, that doesn't mean it's an insult to dumb people, you know?

Half her head in "Too many Pinkie Pies" and a really small profile view in "Magic Duel", both of which you obviously couldn't even check if her eyes were crossed... Mm, I don't know...

But I heard that somewhere around Season 3 or 4 there's gonna be an episode called "A Derp for a Day". I don't know if it's true or not, but I heard that it's about Derpy.

I hear Derpy's in two places, but one of them is in the very bottom corner from the back (so it's just an ear and some yellow hair), and the second one is really really small in the crowd of Magic Duel... But I don't think those are really substantial enough to assume she's okay. I don't know...
