It would be interesting if you made a family tree chart of Inuyasha and Kagome's descendants stretching down to the 20th or 21st century. While you may disagree, I always assumed that Inuyasha was a direct ancestor of Kenshin Himura. Crazy as it sounds, I always assumed that was something more then human about him.
Either way, it would be fun to see the children of Inuyasha and Kagome's children.
