I'm no expert, but I do have a lot of years of practice under my belt. This is what I've picked up over time, and I hope it helps some of you out.Namely Cake, because she asked me for this. xD I drew it out on paper for her and then scanned it all nice and pretty in case she was being polite and saying she could read my scary-ass handwriting 8D
So yay! Basic human anatomy. Nothing beats live observation and practice, but I always will recommend buying an anatomy book to learn muscles and how they work. This way, you learn to draw from your head and you won't always need a photo or reference to work from! :d

It can be a struggle because you have to keep your proportioning the same from figure to figure... which I suck at.

Well, they are still very helpful cause the human figure tutorial u made really helped me see how long the arms should be. ^ ^'
If I have any of my older drawings...my arms used to be very long...they were all the way down to the floor....I think I've gotten a little better in the arm department, but my hands are ugly.. >_>
