I'm no expert, but I do have a lot of years of practice under my belt. This is what I've picked up over time, and I hope it helps some of you out.Namely Cake, because she asked me for this. xD I drew it out on paper for her and then scanned it all nice and pretty in case she was being polite and saying she could read my scary-ass handwriting 8D
So yay! Basic human anatomy. Nothing beats live observation and practice, but I always will recommend buying an anatomy book to learn muscles and how they work. This way, you learn to draw from your head and you won't always need a photo or reference to work from! :d

Well, superheroes are depicted as 10 heads tall. It's just average human anatomy to be about 5-7, but it can vary xD
