Description
The last part of the schooldump, but I'm actually a bit happier with this one compared to Baya's. Much less stiff and shows off more what she can do physically. Now that that's out the way, I should return to doing art, and improving my rather horrible work pace. I mean, the lineart piece I'm doing should've been done yesterday...

As she should (thank goodness I was worried I wasn't skilled enough)!

Sorry man, but after a long, long time of not being able to draw humans period I still have a lotta doubts in my skills designing human characters. But considering the positive response from this comment section, I feel a heckuva lot more confident!

I really like how you drew the shark monster. You can really see the movement and fluidity

Thanks! I had to show that I learned about body direction and anatomy, and I thought that would be the perfect opportunity! It worked very well during presentation .

These latest images are pretty awesome, swamp people and pirate queens. All epic in my book. Toss in gators and sharks and you have yourself an interesting idea for a series.

Thanks man! I'm glad you liked the idea, it was pretty hard trying to shift the original mood/genre of the original folk-tale into something different, yet at the same time silmilar. My animation head is actually pretty interested what I can do with this, so we'll see .

You have me interested. Can I infer that The Pirate Queen can turn herself into a giant humanoid shark monster of unparallelled strength and size?

Sweet! Yup, that is correct! She does indeed to a giant humanoid shark monster that dwarfs all the other shark monsters and the humanoid crocodile protagonist. The shape-shifting plan all along when I made this assignment. It was a way to modify the original story without making too different in aesthetics.
