Description
Part 2 of today's schooldump! Focusing on designing the appropriate look for Baya and Sura. Eventually, all the shark-men became their own characters, instead becoming extras. However, each one factored a contributed a part to the design of the final shark monster, a woman simply known as "Queen Sura". I made the main antagonist female in reference to how female sharks tend to be bigger than the males, and a female Great White has an almost two-to-one size advantage against a male saltwater crocodile (of which Baya is based on).

In SAE, it was actually a surprise that I designed the monster look before the humans, my reasoning was that since Sura and Buaya were animals, I should start with that first, I dunno, it's just me.
