Those look very good.
Only criticisms on Monsturra is that he has the scaly horns on the top of his head and his lower jaw, and only three scrutes/spikes. And he only have three crest on his head.
Don't worry, I can overlook that though.

Oooooo, I like it! You take some liberties with the designs, which I'm totally okay with since it's always neat to see how they translate into a different style. Tyrantis retains all his nobility and ferociousness, Lockjaw has a V.rex vibe that totally suits him, and Monsturra and Omega Rex both look like BAMFs in their own right. Excellent job!
