great effect! i wanna make some of this sort of stuff too. ive only done one for a force field type effect. very nice. i really like how it rotates around the ground circle. not to mention the pulsating

I actually LIKE that you only use like 3 colors. It's so design oriented and effective. This is so inspirational to me for the classes I'm taking right now. Keep this stuff coming PLEASE.

I use a custom gradient technic and using little colors to emphasis how "hot" it is, since the base is white.

I definitely love the animations you have here. The level three meteor attack made me chuckle. My first thought was "wtf, it's just the same as level 1." And then I saw the Meteor of Doom.
Did you make these for a specific reason (i.e. a game)? The animations look like they'd make for a nifty game.
