Haven't been able to come up with something big, decent nor seasonal, so I decided to return to the basics, practicing basic posing, colorful shading with a different approach to line art.Well, as you can see, my character, Cpl. Victoria Yeung in her ISAF deployment setup, circa 2010, that I have not drawn since then. No idea why I've been opting for the regular woodland setups for several months.
EDIT: Added some grass and dry ground

Been refreshing my reference folders lately, that's why the chest rig is much more accurate to its real-life counterpart. XD

Nice work, the coloring job is nice, and the pencil lining gives it a sketchy feel as well

Thanks, been working around to set that painterly feel, back then I would overblend my colors, which gives a too smooth appearance. Gotta love the multiply layer function on PS, it makes me able to skip the inking processes right after darkening my pencil lines.
