I sit, feeling my insides churning
Wanting to scream
To make you see me
Understand me
Who I am, what I am, what I need
Need from you, someone....anyone
Needing release, fullfilment, touch
So much wanting...needing
I watch, feeling these things
At times feeling nothing
Wondering if this is all there is
Is there nothing more?
Is this all that I deserve?
Am I wicked?
Because of all I want and need?
Still there is no answer
And so I sit in silence.............and scream.

I made some adjustments after submitting and reading some of your comments. I added a little green into the iris's of the eyes, deepened the lines on the hand some and made the teeth a little less white...but of course DA edit rarely works...and Im not about to resubmit after all your lovely comments, support and faves.

damn, and to think i almost missed u releasing this. glad i checked again i love this piece, it was great watching u play with getting the eyes just right. i told u that u needed that small something in the pupil and the subtle texture. the hues fit nicely, the skin is a bit pale and ghostly. love the mouth and the teeth sticking out in front of the see through hand. turned out great, and i love the poem. it really hits home right now...

I have that feeling from time to time... so lonely... I swear everything around me dissapears and the only thing I see is me and the darkness , nothing else... I scream calling for anyone to help me, all I need is a hug... just a hug, but nobody answer my calling... that's when I see who I am, what I'm made of... we all need love, sometimes we reject it but everyone needs it... or someone to take care of you... In that way maybe you'll learn to love loneliness , to respect it.

Ok, so the truth. I love the eys and I love the color. The texture on the hand needs a bit of touching up, there some of the red/black texture overlapping 2 fingers and making the piece look a bit flat. And the mouth kind bugs me, fingers countinuing into the mouth kind pulls the continuity of the piece apart.
Sorry if my critque sounds harsh, but....just telling the truth, I know this is how you thought it would look perfect, and I respect your choice as one of the best artist I have on my watch

This picture reached out and grabbed me by the throat when I saw the thumbnail! Awesome. It's like a statue or mummy with a look of horror frozen on its face for eternity. The teeth would look even better if they were ever-so-slightly sepia-tinted like the rest of the work-- I think we'd still be able to see that they are in fact teeth so long as they didn't exactly match the color of the fingers.

The poem goes so nicely with the piece. I really like the texturing and color choice. It's really cool how you left the mouth there yet it's covered still.

interesting image gf - i love the texturing, but im curious how it would look with the eye whites whiter and perhaps the iris a different hue. the teeth are the whitest part in the image and the eye automatically wants to be drawn to them and away from the rest of the image. there is so much more going on here that is getting a bit lost in the continous hue. great idea!

Very nice job.......I like the upper left side of the face, It's nice and clear. I love the idea of the hand and the mouth but it's a little blurry and the teeth need some work. Maybe a little discoloration around the right eye but it's not that noticable. I am wondering what it would look like if you touched up the teeth though. Awsome job, excellent idea.

i saw this pop up. so, i'm like,...'ok, this thumb little's pretty cool,...almost has a comic
book like 'look' to it,...the expression and such,...(and you have such a cool, quirky touch
