Our eyes reflect our lives don't they?My first submission to Twisted Realmz Pack VII. Enjoy!

Edit: In response to the many interpretations to this piece...it was design to simply make you think and come to your own conclusions as to its meaning. As for being patriotic...Im not even an anerican so there is no patriotism involved in this peice, but if that is what you see...that is fine by me.

When I first looked at this, my attention was automatically drawn to the eyes...there is something about them...I don't know what it is though. They really convey what the man in the photo is feeling I guess. Another great picture

Wow. The perspective and those eyes really work together to freak out the viewer, don't that? Actually he seems very innocent, and yet he's creepy at the same time.
I can dig the leaving interpretation to the viewers, though. Its hard enough to stumble upon a cool creation, who needs to think up some deep meaning for everything? Not me :]

first off, all your works are nothing short of amazing, so when I say this, I mean it as an honest criticism, and not trying to offend you. First off, I believe you have a reason for everything you did with the piece, the choice of colors, the stretching of the face, and so on. Because of this, I feel the piece is cheapened when you say "come to your own conclusions". That's already a given, everyone who sees this will come to their own meanings behind it, but I believe you made it to have a certain reaction and much more specific meaning when you made this the way you have. So in that sense, I wish you would have elaborated more. Maybe it's just me, but I believe every artist is responsible to explain their own art. I do understand the intuitive aspect you use to create the composition though, and it succeeds in that sense.

The eyes open the view to the soul. The eyes can tell stories. The eyes present what they have seen...I like to look into those eyes and find out what their story is.
