Byakuo of the 20 Kings, planned on using them to wipe out the others, hence his interest in Pluton- the identity of Tempest due to its defense system. Teach however, saw no use for them and used Gear 5 to eliminate them. They were a great asset to VOID and Nothing back in the day.

Hundun is able to shape-shift as well as utilize the primordial energies of chaos, Taowu is able to decrease the intelligence of surrounding targets to make them less useful in combat, Qiongqi is able to eradicate those considered good in its presence, and Taotie is able to eat anything. All have high levels of regeneration, speed, durability, strength, energy beam emission, flight, and inter-dimensional travel.
