From my fanfic, Jojo's Bizarre Adventure Part Nine: Stairway To Heaven . These are the equivalents of nuclear weapons/air-bombs, seen as the ace of the normal Ocean Men combat forces. They are based on dragons- or rather the concept of dragons are based on them and only in the late 2400s-4000s that scientists were able to create identical creatures, but less eldritch. They are the trump card of the second wave of Ocean Men, but not necessarily the strongest, that's the Ocean Man Operatives-U: Understatement.

I made these to resemble dragons of different cultures, but have my own spin on them so they're more in lines of the Ocean Men, as in they can infect others with making targets obey tropes to the letters, leading to them becoming stereotypes with no will of their own. However, they're not dumb animals as they are the first variety of Ocean Men to verbally communicate with targets while the others required telepathic communication. Plus Dragon Dream wasn't a good dragon representation in Jojo, which is why I made this as fighting a dragon, especially in Jojo is always one of the coolest things ever. The concept of tropes is set in stone is storytelling and as much as people try to deconstruct them, they will still exist, which is why this power is especially dangerous.

Ocean Man Operative-T: Trope- named after the concept of Operatives- skilled professionals in the workplace and the letter, T, specifically, the word Tropes as in cliches in stories.
Story: It breathes ink onto a target, which then forces them to enact tropes against their will as they blindly go and follow fate blindly.
Impact: Absolute- Power has no real weakness aside from powers like King Crimson: Fallen Angel, etc that can bend fate.
Popularity: Multiversal- the concept of the dragon is so subconscious that it will automatically summon an Operative-T: Trope to that location. Its powers over tropes is also wide and diverse.
Comprehension: Multiversal- Able to be understood by anyone as people are at least aware of some tropes in their lives.
Competency: Published Level- Powers have 100% efficacy and need esoteric powers in order to circumvent them.
Editing: Published Level- Powers are diverse and 100% effective- there is no need to improve.
Author Maturity: The strongest of the non-humanoid Ocean Men with a power that is absolute within the boundaries of reality and requires more extra-dimensional powers in order to defeat such a foe.
