Description
The relatively aloof 5th Emperor of the Absurd Line, whom Mancha brings in whenever the situation gets dire enough. He was a former cop under the Bald Empire reign but felt uneasy with the inherent corruption of the organization, so he went to Mancha's side.

Paper-Man is known for his deadpan expression and monotone delivery of words. He is very sarcastic and tends to be the only sane man who tends to be wry rather than over-the-top like the other members. Due to being aloof, he's often alone and prefers to be that way unless something important causes him to work for Mancha.

He has Rulers Observation/Armament/Conquerors/Realm Haki, Divine Haki, Floral/Earth/Fire Nature Haki, Normal Haki mastery, Crazy Haki expertise, Sorcery Haki, Balance Haki, and Mana Mastery.

He ate the Paper-Paper Vegetable, which allows him to create, control, and become pieces of paper. With this ability, Paper-Man can create and telekinetically manipulate the paper that he creates from his own body for various purposes. For combat, he can fire out paper projectiles at enemies to do slashing damage, use paper Berry money as sharp projectiles, make origami animals grow to the same size/act in the same manner as/gain the same properties as their real counterparts. Additionally, he can use the paper to have supernatural traits to inflict various elemental attacks such as explosions, ice, electricity, wind, void, gravity, and poison, giving him great versatility in battle. Since paper is a lightweight material, Paper-Man has the ability to turn himself into paper in order to fly. His Awakening allows him to fold targets into paper in order to store them for future use as potential traps/hidden tricks and use as a medium for powerful Poneglyph spells. He primarily fights with a sword made of paper.
