At last he has a reference!
This is Naku. He's a Pandoran I created around the same time I made Nokata and was orginally going to be part of an adoptable set. But I decided to keep him for myself, and after some minor design-tweaking, he was developed into what you see here.
Like Shanido, Naku is not a True Pandoran. He is half Sea Dragon, and his mother is none other than Queen Oceania! He has a rather unique ability that whenever he enters the water, he is forced to transform into a Sea Dragon.
It's both amazingly useful, and a downfall. But anyways, enjoy him!

And Hybrids are actually quite uncommon in Pandora-Drakes. They almost always mate with their own species.

Oh yeah, Pandorans breed with other species, just very rarely. Moonbeam bred with a Toxic-Blaze Dragon.

No, Hybrids of the species could only exist if there is a hybrid of half the entire population, for a period of 25 years or more. Otherwise a hybrid is just an oddity.

They are basically like a mermaid, but with a dragon's upper body. You can see a bit of what they look like in the preview image for Kat's mission: [link]
