The context is
After learning that Aura was possessed by the evil spirit, Mary- Simmons and Aura had the choice to not have a family.
But doing that will prevent any of these descendants from being born.

Well, they had a daughter anyway, Vision.

And Vision had "Pitt", "Pitt" had Naloni, Naloni had Rex, and Rex had Semily.

The message is...
When you make a decision, know that it can bring both good and bad outcomes, even if it's the right decision.
