asked me how I painted feathers, so here ya go
It's just a quick (& lazy) tutorial so it's gonna be in scrap ^ ^"
Made with Painter X and a Wacom tablet.

Heh, I don't have Painter X or a Wacom tablet, but I was able to make a not-so-pretty-but-still-decent feather in Photoshop
