Description
Here's what I've been working on this last week, a piccy for a battle over at the SketchTavern - the subject is 'Moral Men in Immoral Situations.'UPDATE: I was thinking about this pic before I got out of bed this morning and I realized that I didn't give little Miss Stripper a friggin' strap for her bikini - previously it must have been held on by sheer will power alone! So that's sorted now, I also decided to crop off some dead space from the left of the pic - each and every time I looked at the pic my eye was constantly drawn to that dead space, putting off the balance of the pic in the process, that's been sorted also.

nice style on the pic lighting and background are awesome.. It sounds odd but I may have made the short guy wearing a priest's collar. Little extreme but the definition would have been too obvious. I really like the emotion on his face too...like he's trying to decide.

Thanks man. In retrospect, I could have made the guy look a bit more 'moral.' After all, it's almost a kind of cliche to see be-suited gents in a strip club.

no worries dude. I like the piece in itself. I really dig the fact she's loose and curves as style and he is all tight curves and very compacted. That in itself is your title dude.

I like the way you work with textures - subtle but to great effect.

Glad you like the textures but in the latest version I actually got rid of them - general concensus was that they didn't looks as good as I had first thought. Methinks I'll be coming back to this one in the near future.
Cheers for the comment!

Nice work, me boyo!! Very clean and sharp. I likes! I really have to find out how the hell you get your work to look so crisp. Is it digital inking? Traditional inking? An act of God? Who knows...

I'm glad you liked it
It's digital 'inking.' I use the curved pen tool in Paint Shop Pro 9 to do the lines and colours - takes a bit of getting used to and can be kind of bothersome at times but it results in a very clean looking image.
Thanks for the kind words!

That's weird that you should say that, because I've been using the pen tool on PSP9 alot lately. I think I've got the hang of it now. Though when using it, my language still isn't very pretty... maybe I should stop speaking French to myself
I'm so full of wit.

Once you get used to pulling off curves with the pen tool (basically what I did with this pic), you can pull off some very nice looking stuff.
