Miranh , recalling my headcanon that Noelle was Charles's third wife and queen? Here is what I have thought out about the two first ones:

Left; the Italian princess who married Charles in a arranged marriage when they were both teenagers. Despite several tries to have a child, she suffered from seveal miscarriages and stillbirths before dying with a stillborn daughter around the age of 30, have spent half her life in marriage.

Right: A countess from England, who became Charles' second wife a year after the death of his first Queen. Suffering from homesickness and other struggles with her health, she never managed to bear a child to term and died after eight years of marriage from a illness.
