you can frame animate them with Ezimba with the green background and then save it and put the animation one into transparent and transparent it

I sometimes use a program called PhotoScape, there is a Gif Maker option where you can just add images as frames and even adjust speed of each frame, transitions and other. You can check it out if you'd like, but using only websites has it'sΒ pros too.
