You should do one based on the scene where Zaheer says it's too late and Jinora foils it. Then Zaheer has a Plan C, Plan D, and Plan E while Jinora foils each one. Ends with Zaheer saying Jinora was a worthy opponent.

It does. Nickelodeon ordered season 4 a long time ago at the same time that they ordered season 3. It's already in production, and I believe it's the last season of the show. The creators talk about it in a few interviews you can find online.

Yes, that was a wonderful finale. But moves me so particularly is Korra watching from the sidelines as Jinora is anointed. I see Aang's face, yet I know that's not him. That's his legacy. The animation is so subtly uncanny that, yes, clearly Jinora now resembles Aang, but there's so much subtle differences to remain me that's not Aang. That's his legacy.
It really represents the Legend of Korra. Yeah, it's a continuation of its predecessor. Yeah, it's the Last Airbender's legacy. But it's the Legend of Korra, and it earns its own identity and merits.

It was the best episode of Korra ever. Every moment was amazing. Zaheer & P'Li were such a good couple. The way he reacted to her death made me feel bad for him. It was awesome though. I liked her facial expressions. He had nothing left and learned to fly. Bolin learned lava bending. Good for him and I thought he would. I was wondering why Mako wouldn't use lightning on Ming but I guess it was because he wanted her to be in water so he could make sure he could get her. My thought.
The ending was happy and sad at the same time. I cried when Korra shed a tear and When Jinora showed her airbending tattoos. It really is as god as Avatar.
Also, when that metalbender saved Korra's dad did anyone else get an evil vibe from her? The camera focused on her face.

Later, while he is meditating in mid-air, the other members ask about P'Li and he is forced back to the ground when he remembers her... such a nice touch.

It was strange how the scenes focused on her suddenly. I thought she would come back in the end, but she didn't. I suppose it's possible they're building up to something in season 4. I'd actually be pleased if more things carried over to the next season, because there wasn't a whole lot of that in the past.

The rumor circulating is that the scene was actually changed by special request. I cannot prove this at all, it is just hearsay at this point, but apparently Zelda requested to be the one to save Tonraq.
She wanted to save Korra's father because she couldn't save her own.
If true, what a heartwarming moment.

this really makes me want to see the backstories of zaheer and his cohorts in book 4, and yea i figured the metal bender girl might be red lotus related. i was expecting her to come aboard and attack everyone once they got to the hideout, but that didn't happen.

There was a million other things that were good with that finale. I just like that it's open-ended and leaves you wanting more, but if that doesn't work for you, I could go on for quite a while talking about why it was an amazing last two episodes. I won't though.

1. considering how the second half of this season was treated, we might not get any more. Kinda sucks to end the entire avatar series on THAT
2. I dont like when just because a show doesnt have a kids show doesnt have a happy ending everyone says its "deep and mature"
Especially considering how many shows have already done it. Its becoming a cliche. Sad ending= better ratings

1. We are getting more. Nickelodeon already ordered a season 4, and they're already producing it. The only way it won't happen is if Nickelodeon finds some reason to pull the plug, but that would result in some financial and legal issues.
2. I agree, a sad and depressing ending doesn't automatically mean "deep and mature." But I didn't say that alone is the reason the very ending was good. The final scenes are somber, but it's not just to be somber, and give some artificial air of depth and sophistication. There's meaning and weight to them, because it builds on events and scenes and character arcs that were properly developed throughout this season, and arguably through the first two seasons as well, to some degree. A sad ending is only cliche when that's all it is. An emotional tone for a conclusion can't in and of itself be cliche.
