Hi!This is (yet another) collab between and me. I did the sketch and he did the inking and colo with copic markers.
Lugia is my favourite Pokemon and i just had to draw it

I still don't really understand why Lugia is a flying/psychic type. I mean, he lives in the ocean and he isn't even a water type. I understand him being psychic because he can talk telepathically. But I mean in Lugia's description in some of the games it says that Lugia rarely flies and prefers the ocean over the skies. I personally think Lugia should be a water/psychic type.
