- Pokemon capable of human speech are rare but not unheard of; you do need time, patience and a very smart pokemon to accomplish that. But even if they're known about by some, anyone would be surprised by a talking pokemon if not expecting one.
- FINALLY! I can introduce Edwige 'Edna' Périgord!! She is way worse than Emma, trust me.

- This was originally part 40 before I decided I wanted more Wally in the comic before he takes his leave--- for now.
