Before the image fully loaded, I assumed Prima was talking about something other than adventure. Definitely like the design of the outfit that stand-alone Marine is wearing, but the black color doesn't seem to suit him. Maybe if the hat was black, too (which means he'd have to have another of his signature hat, just in a different color), but even then, I think you'd be downplaying his... er... "natural" coloration. Unless that's the point and this is a stealth mode of him.

The black outfit is the Revolutionary Girl Utena-inspired outfit he only wears in #1. So basically, just temporary wear until #2 when he gets his default outfit (and I mean default because the main cast will be constantly switching outfits throughout the journey.)

Yeah, this is the outfit he wears during the Winter Festival (it's not in most of the initial sketches I showed you because I was still contemplating what he'd wear at the time. You do see it more in #2 before he gets his default garb.)
The artwork is just a group picture of the Dirty Dozen from ME2. I'm not sure I'd attempt Turian/Human baby anytime soon; I'm not sure if it's even physically possible. XD
