Today was the day.Today, Scar would finally find the Author, and pay him back tenfold.
After all, why him? Why did his friends betray him? Why did he have to kill? "Why am I the bad guy?"
The portal was ready, and Scar could see it activating. His knowledge, his splendor, it showed that he wasn't weak. Not like Laura.
Laura...
Nathan would be coming soon. To defeat his grandfather and avenge his sister. He would fail.
Nathan entered just as the portal activated. Scar turned to his grandson.
"I'm sorry, Nathan. I didn't mean to kill her. But when I return, things will be better. After that, you can kill me all you want."
And with that, Scar walked through the portal to another world.
